This is perfect in every way. You get three cool figs (Luke, Malakili, and a Gamorrean Guard) and a FRICKIN’ RANCOR! We have been waiting for this for SO long. I was kinda mad when LEGO didn’t include at least, a small pit underneath the new Jabba’s Palace set. But here’s where it gets better – Jabba’s Palace fits perfectly on top of this! I know, right!Some exciting new set news now, from, you guessed it (or the title told you), San Diego! As LEGO’s press released stated, the new Hobbit set has been unveiled. It’ll be released later in the year (December-ish) and is estimated at $59.99. A bit expensive, I’d say, but this recreates one of the most memorable scenes from LotR and The Hobbit.….And that’s it! From right to left, the figures are: Gandalf, Dwalin, Bombur, Bofur, Bilbo and Balin. Now for some one who reads as much as I do, you can tell that there can be some really amazing sets from this franchise! And naturally, we can tell that the figures are based on the movie. The Bilbo figure reflects Martin Freeman really well, just as the Frodo figure reflected Elijah Wood very well. We’re seeing that more and more in LEGO licensed themes, and it’s a change for the better.
